Major: The completion of the General Education requirements for the Bachelor of Arts degree with the exception: Six hours instead of 12 will be required for Area R, Religion and two out of four hours of physical activity. Six hours of an elementary foreign language must be included unless two units of the same language were earned in high school. A minimum total of 64 semester hours with a cumulative minimum grade point average of 2.00 is required. Students who plan to eventually complete a bachelor’s degree should include some upper division credit and a “W” (writing emphasis) course in the second semester of their second year.
