NURS 455 - Population and Community Health Nursing II

This course focuses on the Biblical foundation of service and care regarding health promotion in diverse communities and populations. Emphasis is placed on connecting with communities, families, and individuals using the SDA SON framework as care is delivered. The student will apply theoretical concepts with experiential learning within diverse populations and community settings. Experiential learning will include culminating individual and group learning activities in the community. A project with presentation is required. Lab Fee: 9 ($180).
Prerequisite(s): NURS 230  or NRSG 344 .
Corequisite(s): NURS 310 , NURS 350 .
