NRSG 485 - Nursing Leadership and Management (IN-9)

3 hours

A course that provides an opportunity for the student to develop leadership and management skills. This is accomplished primarily through leadership, models, management, and administrative experiences in selected clinical settings. Emphasis is placed on the role of the nurse manager in assuring quality of care to individuals and families in primary, secondary, and tertiary care settings. Field trip may be required.Two hours theory, one hour clinical. Lab Fee: 9 ($180).
